Gamma — Financial Wellness Platform

Designed a mobile-first financial wellness product to help users understand their credit score and take actionable steps to improve it.

Context

Gamma is a B2C product embedded within banking apps, aimed at making credit information more accessible and understandable for everyday users.

Problem

Credit score information is often complex, opaque, and difficult to interpret, limiting users’ ability to make informed financial decisions or improve their financial health.

Role & Scope

Led the end-to-end design of the product from 0, defining the information architecture, interaction model, and overall user experience within a constrained webview environment.

Key Decisions

  • Translated complex credit data into clear, digestible content blocks, using a card-based system to guide users step by step.
  • Designed the experience as mobile-first, aligned with its integration inside banking apps.
  • Focused on progressive disclosure, helping users understand what affects their score and how to improve it over time.
  • Incorporated visual elements and illustrations to reduce friction and make financial concepts more approachable.
